You must notify Spiderdoor 24 hours prior to installing in order to have support if needed. We cannot guarantee your access control will work properly unless we test it with you on day of installation.
Prior Notification: Spider keypads are simple to install but we like to confirm all is good with them on the day of installation. You must ( no exceptions) notify us 24 hours prior to installing. If you fail to miss that install date, you are required to re-submit this request to install again.
Available Install Dates: Spiderdoor will only provide support for installs on Monday through Thursday. We do not allow installs on Fridays. This is our policy due to the risk of something not functioning properly and you may be left without a functioning keypad over the weekend.
