This video will show you how to look in the Spiderdoor admin to see if a code is locked or unlocked in your management software. If you see a red lock, then your management software has locked the tenants code for some reason and that must be corrected or edited in the management software. If you see a green lock, then the code should work in the keypad. If it is green and doesn’t work in the keypad, then you will want to check to make sure you keypad has an internet connection/cell connection/power.
