Follow Steps Carefully
Connecting Doorswap/Domico software is very simple. Once you have placed your order, a Spider support team member will provide you with an API key. You, the customer, will compose an email to Doorswap/Domico support team or your salesperson there. Be sure to cc Spiderdoor support in on this email as well. Use Support@Spiderdoor.com. The email will have the following statement in the body of the email. Use the API key Spiderdoor provided to you in on this same email to Doorswap/Domico. Once Spiderdoor receives the requested information back from Doorswap/Domico, we will be able to connect your database.
- Spiderdoor will provide you with an API key once your account has been created and setup on our side. (Example of API key – kljshfkj5l3lidfli3h3f ) An API key is just a long string of unique numbers.
- Email to be composed to Doorswap/Domico by You, the customer: Please provide API information to Spiderdoor as I am using their gate access software at my location. (You, the customer, will provide the name of your storage location in this email so Doorswap/Domico will know your account information. You ill also add the API key information provided to you by Spiderdoor.
- Make sure you cc’d support@Spiderdoor.com in the email.
Once the above information has been emailed to Doorswap/Domico, we will wait for their response which will provide Spiderdoor with the API information needed to connect your database to Spiderdoor. You will need to confirm that the Spiderdoor support team gets this information back from Doorswap/Domico.
