This short video explains why your gate activity could be missing for a short period of time. Keep in mind everything is cloud based so if power goes out, cellular signal drops for a period of time, servers go down or if internet goes down, it could affect how quickly activity gets to your Spiderdoor admin/activity logs. Always be patient and give it a little time to come across. If you don’t see activity after 24 hours or so, then feel free to reach out to us.
