Tenant will not be able to open gates with app without these coordinates being plugged in. You must provide our support team with the GPS coordinates for each keypad or the tenant will not be able to open your gate using their tenant app. Tenant must also be within 100ft or less in order for this feature to work. Email coordinates to Support@Spiderdoor.com along with the name of the location and the serial number of the specific keypad.
