You may sometimes see the words Spiderentry Over Ride or Cloud Assist in your activity logs. Please note this is our system doing a repeated check to make sure a tenants code was indeed a bad code when it was entered. If it was a good code and it failed to open the gate, then we force the gate to open and you will see the words “Spiderentry Over Ride” or “Cloud Assist.” This is a good thing and it is in place to make sure a gate opens when it is supposed to open.
