Cellular Connection

Our S23c is a standalone cellular device. It requires power (110) to function properly. The only other item required is one relay wire coming from the keypad out to the actual gate motor. Our keypads pull from the strongest cellular provider in your area. It is not designated to pull from one specific cellular company but has access to many.

Automatically Syncs

Spiderdoor keypads integrate with the major management software company’s. When a gate code is created in the management software, it pushes the gate code straight to the Spider keypad.

Power Adapter Is Required

If your keypad power source ever drops below 7 volts briefly and then jumps back to normal, this will place the keypad in a weird state. Our adapter will force the reboot of the keypad. If you do not use the power adapter, this will fail to accomplish a reboot if power source, other than our power adapter, is used. You will void the warranty if our power adapter is not used. Installers sometimes feel that they can wire our pads direct to the gate motor board. Do not allow that!

Follows Lock Out Rules Of Management Software

Our keypads will mirror what your management software shows. In your software shows a tenant as locked out, the tenant will be locked out at the gate as well.

One Year Warranty

All Spiderdoor hardware comes with one year warranty on any defective part of our keypads.

Master Codes

Owners and managers can easily add unlimited master codes to any of our keypads, all from the desktop admin or managers app.

Managers App

All Spiderdoor keypads come with unlimited access to our managers app. Easily control your gates from anywhere worldwide.

We provide U.S. based support via our support line Monday through Friday 8am-5pm cst. You will be able to talk with a knowledge support representative by phone same day. We also have email support if needed.

Booster Antenna

Very rarely is a booster antenna required but if you cellular connection is truly awful at your location, you can add a booster antenna to the keypad. They are simple to install and they can be purchased on amazon easily (approximately $50.) Click the link below to learn more about boosters.
