INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR INITIAL SETUP
IMPORTANT: Nothing can be started in regards to shipment of your gate access keypads or app creation without the below information being completed in full and returned to Support@SpiderDoor.com

Step 1: Attention - You are required to watch this video below in order to proceed. You will be asked if you viewed this video when you speak with Spider support to install and if you have not viewed this video, the support member will ask you to call back after viewing this video. This makes everything much easier for you as a new user. (No exceptions) 

STEP 2: Once you have viewed the above video, click the yellow button and answer the questions until completed. This is how we tie your data base into Spiderdoors operating system. Your keypads/apps will not work until this process is completed.

Connecting SITELINK to Spiderdoor

Create Sitelink Credentials
Follow Steps carefully
This is how we connect your App/Gate Access with your Sitelink database. Login in to your corporate control center to create the credentials.
(Sitelink Web edition login cannot be used to complete this portion)
  • (1)  Corporate Code ( ex.CMDH)
  • (2)  The user name you created (No spaces in user name and use all lower case letters)
  • ​(3)  The password you created (No spaces in user name and use all lower case letters)
  • (4)  Be sure to check all boxes otherwise your hardware/App will not function
Spider Keypad Users: Access Hours For Your Site(s)
We will need to know the hours of access for your location(s). For example, you may have 24 Hour Access and then you may also have regular business hours from 6:00am - 9:00pm. Please confirm these hours and return to us if you have access hours other than 24 hours.
Return Information To SpiderDoor
Once you have created your credentials, you will need to forward them back to Spiderdoor. Click on the email address below. Please be sure to include the owners name as well as the storage location(s) name in the email you will be sending us below.

Yes! Because Spiderdoor is hosted on the largest public cloud cluster in the world (powered by Amazon and backed up by Cloudflare Security). It will work for any size property or portfolio.
 Will the call button only call a cellphone?
The call button will call any valid phone number you program into the unit.
 Do I need to have an AT&T or T-Mobile phone?
Any cellphone on any network will allow you to control the device. Your personal cellular carrier does not matter!
 How many events will the Keypad log?
There is no limit.
 If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?
Yes! We have a first class support team who can answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
 Will SpiderDoor work with my existing management software?
Integration with Sitelink is complete. New releases coming soon! Please contact us to check on the status of integrations.
 Who or what is a "user"?
A user is a customer (tenant) that will have full control of the gate via the mobile app. A customer must be paid current and only then will he or she have the ability to access the gate.
 Can I give someone access to the manager's app but prevent them from the dashboard?
Yes!
 I don't have a cell signal when I stand next to my gate. Will this work?
This depends on the carrier you currently use. Our system uses AT&T as its provider. If you currently use AT&T as your cellular carrier and it works at your gate, then yes it will function. The system is dependent upon a good cellular connection. Without it, the system will not function! :( 
 How long do the image captures stay on the dashboard?
18 months and then they are permanently destroyed.
 Do you offer any type of lightning coverage?
Our product is very unlikely to get hit with lightning due to limited wiring however if you would like to add coverage, it is available.
 How long are your contracts?
There are NO long term contracts or commitments. You can use SpiderDoor month to month, and cancel at any time you'd like!

Connecting Syrasoft to Spiderdoor

Create Syrasoft Credentials

This is how we connect your App/Gate Access with your Syrasoft database. Login in to your Syrasoft management software and follow steps. Click the video here to watch exactly how easy it is to complete the connection.
  • (1)  Open Syrasoft management software
  • (2)  Plug in the API code that Spiderdoor provided to you. (Exampl of API key)   "2930vjnvkh3409er3490j"
  • ​(3)  Let Spiderdoor know once you have tied everything in and we will connect your keypads to your location.
  • (4)  Email us confirming you have tied your database in and we will connect your pads. Once completed, we will reach out to you to confirm.
  • ​(5) Email us at Spiderdoorinfo@gmail.com

Connecting STORAGE COMMANDER to Spiderdoor

Connecting Storage Commander
Follow Steps carefully
Storage Commander will need to receive an email from you notifying them that you would like to connect your database to your Spiderdoor Access Control System. Follow the steps below.
  • (1)  Compose an email to STORAGE COMMANDER and be sure to include this email address in that email. Spiderdoorinfo@gmail.com (cc this email address when sending to Storage Commander)
  • (2)  Copy and paste this information into the body of the email you are sending to Storage Commander. 
  • ​(3)  EMAIL: "Please provide API information to Spiderdoor as I am using their gate access software at my location." (Provide your locations information in this email)
  • (4)  Once you send that initial email, we will wait for Storage Commander to respond to Spiderdoor confirming the API key information.
