Connectivity Incident
Resolved – Jan 17 8:16am CST, this incident has been resolved.
Update – Jan 17 7:46am CST, the majority of our fleet has been re-established but there are still a few devices that are struggling to complete their re-connect cycle. This should happen on its own but re-powering the keypad can also help to expedite this process. We are still monitoring closely.
Update – Jan 16, 2025 10:04am EST, our cellular provider https://status.particle.io/ notified us of a connectivity outage for random areas across the United States. Your keypad should continue to work manually if it was not in the middle of a sync when the outage came into affect. Please be patient with us as we are closely working to get this resolved quickly.
