Unit Alarm InstallationDoor Alarms
Our individual door alarms are completely wireless and connect to a gateway that we supply. This gateway links all alarms and transmits their data to Spiderdoor through your local internet connection.
Automatically Disarms Alarms
Spiderdoor keypads play a crucial role in disarming unit alarms. When a tenant arrives and enters their gate code, the alarm for their specific unit is disarmed. After the door is closed and remains shut for 60 minutes, the alarm will automatically re-arm.

When a door alarm is triggered, a text message and email notification will be sent to the manager. You also have the option to enable notifications for the tenant via text and/or email, if desired.
Battery Life Of Alarm
Each alarm has a battery life of 3–5 years, depending on usage. The Spider admin dashboard will notify you when a battery reaches 20%, making it easy for your manager to replace it. Replacement batteries are available online for approximately $14 each.

Owners and managers will be able to view alarm activity inside the Spiderdoor admin.

Provide Spiderdoor Sales Or Support With The Following
Gateway placement at your location must be approved by our team. Think of it like placing a gateway at the center of a large circle—it can support up to 200 individual door alarms within its range. If your location requires more than 200 alarms, additional gateways will be needed (e.g., Gateway A, B, C, etc.) (Click the example layouts below to expand.)
